Order Processing and Shipping Time
Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship within the continental U.S. – NO international shipping.
Shipping Origin
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Monterey Park, CA using our own van or via UPS, FEDEX, or LTL Carrier.
Drop Shipping
We occasionally drop ship directly from our vendor partners.
Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise agreed upon, customers are responsible for shipping charges based on weight, location, speed, and method.
Shipping Hours
We normally ship during business hours excluding weekends and holidays.
