Requesting Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return Freight Responsibility
Customer is responsible for return freight and in some cases, original freight for non-stock items.
Restocking Fee
Non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Credit Issuance
A credit, if due, will be issued once items are received and inspected.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom and Special Orders cannot be returned.
