Lila Don

Born and raised in Boyle Heights, Lila Don became a rockstar in the Safety industry over 30 years ago. While she never got a formal education, she was able to succeed through her strong ambition, quick wit and genuine desire to keep people safe. Always believing that people are the most important asset of every company, she has a customer-centered approach and has accumulated extensive knowledge on PPE, OSHA/ANSI regulations and safety supplies that has allowed her to thrive.  

Upon opening Safetyvibe in 2004, she and her husband Chris partnered with the top brands in the industry and built a knowledgeable, responsive and highly motivated team to provide a high level of customer service. Safetyvibe has since become one of the industries most admired go-to companies.  

It’s Lila’s passion and commitment to zero injures on the job that continue to propel her success.  In her free time, Lila enjoys spending time with her granddaughter Kali, wine tasting, traveling and personal development.
