  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date 
  • Items must be unused and in it’s original condition 
  • Customer is responsible for return freight and in some cases, original freight for non-stock items.  
  • Non-stock items may be subject to restocking fee 
  • A credit, if due, will be issued once items are received and inspected  
  • Custom and Special Orders cannot be returned  
  • Please contact sa***@sa********.com to process a return or exchange and any questions
  • Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days  
  • We currently only ship within the continental U.S. – NO international shipping  
  • Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Monterey Park, CA or via UPS, FEDEX or LTL Carrier.  
  • We occassionally drop ship directly from our vendor partners  
  • Unless otherwise agreed upon, customers are responsible for shipping charges based on weight, location, speed and method.  
  • We normally ship during business hours excluding weekends and holidays  
  • Emergency and After Hours service is available subject to surcharge, please contact your sales representative.
