OUR HISTORY
In 1991, Lila Don was a shining star in customer service at a Safety company with strong ambitions to be more. As a Latina without formal education in a male-dominated industry, the odds often felt stacked against her. She heard “No” often but never let it stop her. When a less than favorable opportunity in sales finally came, she took it, determined to make the most out of any opportunity. With a welcoming personality and genuine care to keep customers safe, she went on to become the #1 sales person for three different companies.
After ten years in the industry, her strong ambition kept propelling her forward. In 2004, Lila and her husband, Chris decided to venture into a new partnership; a business partnership. Chris, bringing his experience in business administration, and Lila, bringing her sales acumen and safety knowledge; opened Safetyvibe.
